Is Tampa Bay FL Leading The Recovery …?

Is Tampa Bay FL Leading The Recovery …?

I started a job blog last week to mainly help people in areas of the United States such as California, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan hard hit by job losses. The idea was to offer an alternative to finding a job since jobs in their areas had dried up.

The blog started on Tuesday 3-10-09 by Friday 3-13-09 I had listed over 1000 job openings I found in Tampa FL. One of the reasons maybe the number of corporate headquarters in the Tampa Bay i.e. Mosaic, Home Shopping Network, Raymond James Financial, BIPT Insurance, Jabil Circuits (3 billion co with 200 jobs), 100’s software companies (IVANS, Tribridge, Pegasus TransTech, Fortis Software, Edgerock, Sage Software, Pilgrim Software Triad Digital Media, FairWarning) also companies such as Smith & Nephew, and Brighthouse, Retail - Kohl’s Palm Bay, FL Dollar General Saint Petersburg, IKEA Tampa to mention a few. All are hiring …

Even local TV stations have placed
job listings on their website sites …

Temporary staffing firms in the area can’t find enough people to fill open jobs …

My question is could it be possible Tampa FL is quietly leading the recovery ?
